Taiji is a traditional Chinese martial art and a treasure to the world. It brings harmony to both body and mind. It is beneficial to people of all ages and all lifestyles. The 48 Form Taiji routine that was compiled by the Chinese National Athletic Association in 1976. It is based on the Yang style Taiji, but it also includes moves and components from the other major styles such as Chen, Wu, and Sun styles of Taiji. It is a beautiful form that has become very popular throughout the world.
